Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using English Bujhbo you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@bujhbo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Lessons 1–30 (Track 1) are free. The full course (Tracks 2 and 3, 100 lessons total) is available for a one-time payment of ৳899 processed by EPS. Once paid, you receive lifetime access to the lessons in your account, subject to these Terms.

Because content is delivered immediately on purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute lesson content
• Share your paid account with others
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate anyone
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our systems

5. Content ownership

All lessons, audio, illustrations and software in the Service are owned by English Bujhbo or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to make every lesson accurate and useful, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, English Bujhbo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
